At Millennium III, we have more than 40 dedicated professionals who specialize in real estate development, syndication, investor relations, accounting, finance, property management, project management, and construction.

	Everett J. Kearley, P.Eng. Chairman and President The original founder of the Millennium III Group of Companies, Ev is a professional engineer with over 40 years of experience in development, design, construction, and project management. In his early career, he distinguished himself during service in the Canadian Forces by achieving the rank of Lt. Colonel. More recently, Ev was awarded the Saskatchewan Centennial Medal for business and community service to the province. Since 1981 Ev has been actively involved in the acquisition, development, and syndication of commercial property in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
	John A.W. Kearley, Executive Vice President John has been with Millennium III since 1994. He heads the real estate acquisition team and manages major construction and renovation projects for the group. He also acts as proxy for the Chairman and as the primary liaison with Fortress Properties Inc., Millennium III's property management division.
	Mike Laliberte, Vice President, Operations Mike has been involved in commercial real estate construction, sales, and management since 1978. He has overseen the property management portfolio of Fortress Properties Inc., enabling Millennium III to benefit from his extensive knowledge of the Western Canadian real estate market.
	Ken Nicholson, Vice President, Investor Services Ken has been with Millennium III since 1992 and is responsible for all aspects of investor relations including management of unit ownership, annual reports to investors, annual meetings of the partnerships, and capital distributions.
	Allan Lebiszczak, CMA, Vice President, Accounting Services Allan joined Millennium III in 1993. Allan ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for Millennium III's accounting and financial reporting. His accounting team, which includes two other CMAs, is responsible for producing annual financial statements and tax filing documents for investors in more than 50 active limited partnerships.
	Jerald Tekatch, B.Comm, Vice President, Sales and Marketing Jerald specialized in finance and marketing while obtaining his B.Comm. with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. He has been involved in real estate acquisitions and the development of financial models for syndication since 2002, and is the Head of the Sales Department responsible for project marketing and investment sales.
	Jarvis Rein, B.Comm, Senior Financial Analyst Jarvis graduated with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan with a specialization in finance, and has worked for Millennium III since 2003. Jarvis is an essential member of the acquisition team. He also is responsible for property dispositions and administration of Millennium III's mortgage portfolio.
